Perfect, safe, convenient location in Roma Norte, best area to stay, with tons of restaurants and cafes within a short walk. 24hr friendly staff. Clean, modern one bedroom apt with living room and kitchenette. Everything was great. Highly recommend.

La habitación es muy amplia, cuenta con cocina, un baño espacioso y una cama muy cómoda. Además, la persona que nos atendió durante el check-out el domingo (no recuerdo su nombre) fue muy amable y atenta, ofreciendo un servicio mucho más cálido y accesible que el que recibimos el día anterior de la otra chica.

Nuestro cuarto daba hacia el área común del piso de abajo, y cerca de la medianoche llegaron algunos huéspedes y estuvieron haciendo bastante ruido, al punto de que se escuchaba todo desde la habitación, incluso usando tapones para los oídos. Me hubiera gustado que el personal les pidiera bajar el volumen o no permanecer ahí haciendo tanto ruido.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est très chaleureux et professionnel. L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans l'une des plus jolies rue du quartier. Tout est facilement accessible ensuite. Les chambres sont spacieuses et moderne. Tout est très propre.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff are so helpful and it's in the heart of one of the best areas in Mexico City. I would highly recommend staying here.

There's really nothing to complain about this place. It had everything you needed. If you needed anything, you just have to ask in the staff are on it right away beautiful place.

One of the best locations in the city, safe and with the best restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and responded promptly to our messages. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable.

We had to ask for towels to be changed twice because they were dirty, and on one of those occasions they said they didn't have any towels (it wasn't the receptionist).
