The beds were comfortable.

No breakfast, no coffee machine, no working TV, refrigerator handle broken, noisy AC unit, broken night stand light and we could hear the next door neighbors talk.

When we arrived, the clerk demanded payment in cash because they "couldn't" process credit cards. Clerk was rude and aggressive about it.

Overall the room was clean. Some stains on the bedspreads and mildew on the shower curtain. Staff was polite and helpful at check in.

I booked my room 10 days earlier and I paid all advance but when I went to hotel at night I supposed to stay they declined me. They did not give room said they don’t have room and cancelled the room but in front of me they gave room to somebody else for more money. Where can I go at that night. I have to stay night on the road in side my car. That’s cheating. They didn’t refund me I even . I had contact for long time with Expedia to get refund but what about consequences for cheating ?? Don’t stay there. Even I didn’t get room I saw their office , hallway is very disgusting and smelly.

Always a pleasant home stay in my home county. Friendly staff especially Steve. Great housekeeping staff

The staff was not very friendly. Bathroom extremely cramped. No place to hang clothes.

TV didn’t work. Called desk, guy took a quick look and said he’d return shortly with a fix. Never showed.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

ALWAYS love staying here. BEST motel in Susquehanna County.
