Our stay was wonderful. It was conveniently located to the main part of Mykonos. Stavros was excellent at providing us with information on Mykonos and about the unit.

Good location walking distance to old town

I recently booked a room through Booking.com, based on the enticing advertisement and positive reviews. However, my experience at this property was far from what was advertised, leading to extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction. Firstly, the room itself was incredibly small, completely different from what was portrayed in the advertisement. The lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably, and the promised view from the terrace turned out to be non-existent. This misleading representation of the property was deeply disappointing and left me feeling deceived. Moreover, the owner informed us upon arrival that we were responsible for purchasing all amenities ourselves, including basic items like tea or coffee. This lack of provision and poor service greatly detracted from the overall experience. I expected a certain level of convenience and comfort, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. The property seemed to cater exclusively to easy travelers who merely required a place to rest. If you are seeking better service, this place is definitely not suitable. It became apparent that the amenities and level of service provided were subpar and did not meet my expectations. Given the cramped room, lack of promised amenities, and overall unsatisfactory experience, I was left with no choice but to relocate to a proper hotel that could meet my needs and expectations. The price charged for such a small room was exorbitant and unjustifiable, adding to my disappointment. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking this property if you are seeking a comfortable and reliable accommodation experience. The misleading advertisement, lack of amenities, and overpricing make it clear that this place falls short in providing a satisfactory stay. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for future travelers, and I encourage Booking.

Everything was lovely and the property felt like home. It had a lovely energy. Also the service for the breakfast was excellent.

Good location, nice rooms but ….

Central location, nice rooms but Seaview is questionable. Advertising is a bit misleading. Should be clearer that the full sea view is from the small front balcony and not from the big terrace at the back of the villa. Advertising should state : sea view/city view -No help with luggage despite the numerous steps to reach the villa then level 2 for the suite. It is not the caretaker’job to do that apparently so he just stands and look at you struggling with your luggage in the stairs ! A porter service should be suggested at the reservation given that the caretaker does not help. No heating/AC the central corridor/kitchen /bathroom only in the bedroom. So out of season it is just freazing cold. Lots of disfunctionning in the suite that shows that it is not looked after proactivly : Obviouly things are not checked before arrivals, just fixed as problems arrise. - The front door was very hard to open (apparently swollen with the rain) and I hurt myself several times before it got fixed. - Windows shutters were very hard to operate. Need some oil maintenance. - the safe got blocked with my stuff in it. - Worse of all, the shower is terrible : low pressure + the temperature changes in seconds from warm to freezing/burning. The hot water is very long to come. It must flow several minutes before getting warm ! Lots of blah blah to explain why this: Old house, protected area etc. Things got fixed eventually apart from the shower wich cannot be, as the villa dates back from 1891. However when you pay so much money for what is supposed to be a luxury accommodation, you want things to work. Full stop. And right from the start of your stay !
