Innovation Hotel

Neat!

This review is for the Ovation restaurant as an option for corporate events. The food was delicious and the venue is beautiful HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with overall customer service. Expectations were given a month ahead of time w/re:per person limit and requirements for receipts. Weeks later and still not resolved. *Parking is limited and was not communicated beforehand. This may require guests to walk a significant distance from a parking lot in back of hotel. Not a great option when it is raining or guests are disabled. *No receipt given at event; had to ask for one and received 2 days after the event. It is WEEKS later and I still do not have a receipt that reflects the amount that was charged to Amex. *The service at the event was lacking in attentiveness and they were both sour faced. I had to get up and serve myself and others water couple of times. There were not an excessive amount of guests. I actually clarified after the event that they were tipped accordingly because I wondered why they were so obviously unconcerned on guest experience. Very unfortunate as the venue and food were excellent.

sehr modernes Hotel, das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse extrem gut. Wir haben das Hotel, genutzt zum übernachten nach dem Flug.

Brand new ultra modern clean property that haa mostly doctors and medical people staying there because it’s adjacent to a big medical company. Not to far from Vanderbilt beach which is a great beach and that famous supermarket with the live bands

It was a great experience and everything was so modern. They had a lot of great amenities but I do wish they would’ve had a pool. Great location and their free breakfast potatoes were delicious!!!

Overall we liked it a lot, we will come back
