Fellpack House

You get what you pay for and this hotel was fantastic. We had a very nice twin room (up 4 flights of stairs mind you) in a trendy dark green décor. The linen, fittings, toiletries etc were all of a high standard. The was a nespresso machine with 4 pods, coffee, tea and even some homemade cookies. It was a medium sized room. Wifi was fine. The fried breakfast was the best of the week – top quality ingredients and cheffy touches like diced chives on the eggs.

At £183 for one night (including x2 breakfast) this was the most expensive of the 3 pub/hotel I booked this week. The ‘cupboard’ toilet-and-waterfall shower was tiny.

The staff were all fantastic, and the choice and quality of the breakfast sensational

It was excellent! We had a very comfortable room. The breakfast was outstanding. And the staff went above and beyond.

Location was excellent staff were exceptional. I thought the food was excellent but my partner thought it was good. It was very clean and I would have no hesitation in staying there again

The room was very warm even with the window open. I realize that the weather was extremely hot for the time of year. The radiator was on in the room and it was in the high 20’s low 30’s outside. We managed to have it turned off and they gave us a fan that certainly helped

Perfect hotel, in a great location in between the lake and the town centre, lovely helpful staff, lovely outdoor seating to enjoy a drink in the sunshine, don't hesitate to book
