The staff were amazing to deal with no complaints there.

I didnt have any hot water. I called down and maintenance came right away (which was nice) however I was told I needed to run the water for at least 10 min as I was on the top floor. I did and I still didnt get anything. I had a ticking sound from the lights or something above my bed all night. Add the noise from being right on the highway, I had 0 sleep.

Absolutely awful hotel service. Our room was wrong (pull out sofa instead of bed), we paid for parking then was told they were full so to park on road, and TERRIBLE customer service at the restaurant/bar. I cannot express how rude the staff were. Do not stay here.

I like clean room. All facility was very clean.

Restaurant with little or no activity. The food was ordered at a bar! Breakfast was just average. Overcrowded garage.
