The staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to assist us. Professional and approachable. Fabolous apartment.

I received several emails prior to arrival, telling me to download to Door app, and to create an account to be able to gain access the door code and another saying 24 hours before arrival I'd be contacted again ...unnecessary and not needed. The lovely reception staff let us in and gave us a physical door key. So maybe do away with this part of the process if its not required?

The facilities in the apartment/room were invaluable and unusual to have free access to our own washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen and a good size room. Access to the roof top (penthouse) facility was great and a lovely place to chill.
