The breakfast was very good and the personal and waiters are very kind and welcoming, the rooftop pool is also nice and the room was also comfortable and clean.

办理入住的前台员工很奇怪，下午5点多到酒店让我们一家等了近半小时才办好入住态度也不好，被带到房间里面也还在铺床没准备好，酒店除了房间有空调，走道都没有空调，房间有很多蚊子…

Çalışanlar çok başarılı, fiyat performans oteli, konumu güzel merkezde. Yemek de güzeldi.

Biz sadece yerel adayı tanımak için kaldık, resort öncesi denize girme odaklı değildik. Ama denize girmek için konumu iyi değil. 5 dakika yürümeniz gerekiyor, sahilde size şezlong ve şemsiye temin ediyorlar. Ancak tesis uzakta kaldığı için internet olmadı.

We stay there for 5 days and I don’t recommend it the only good things that I can say is good view if you are at higher floors.This hotel had almost no amenities at all. There were no toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and they didn’t even provide tea .it was small amount of coffee they didn’t charge it at all during 5 days .. there were just one bottle of water we needed to ask them couple of times to take another each time.my husband asked for iron 3 times they kept forgetting and finally they sent one that it didn’t work we needed to call and ask again,

My husband and I are both 5 star airline crew .we have been staying in almost hundreds of 5-7 star hotels in the whole world and It was the first time we experienced such a disrespectful attitude and behavior from a staff’s hotel ,we had a good time in maldives but just last minute for checking out the staff accused us to take a small hand towel with us and it isn’t in the room .. we told them it might be there we didn’t take anything and we don’t even need this small towel but there behavior was so bad and they said no we have a check list it’s not there.. we told them if you don’t believe us and you are accusing us ,go and open all our suitcases we didn’t take anything.. they kept us 15minutes waiting and said now because boat would be waiting you can go .. we said no we don’t accept this disrespect we will take another boat but you go and check our baggage we didn’t take anything.

There could have been more breakfast options. Most hotels usually offer green tea, but that was missing here. We also had to repeatedly request water refills, and despite there being two guests in the room, we were told only one bottle would be provided. This felt like a basic service expectation that wasn’t met. Another disappointment was the room view. Based on the hotel photos, we expected a sea view, but were instead given a room with a poor view. If a sea-view room wasn’t available, a reduced room rate would have been appreciated. Overall, I did not find the hotel to be good value for money. That said, the staff were courteous, polite, and helpful throughout our stay, which was a positive aspect of the experience.

Had a great experience here - the room was lovely, the welcome was warm, the pool was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and made the experience brilliant. Great location too. Shout out especially to Nadeesha, Thet, Fania, Thiha and Anishka who between them looked after our group very well for our stay.
