Pousada Bela Vista Mar

O atendimento na pousada foi excepcional, todas nos receberam muito bem. O lanche da tarde e poder tomar banho lá no último dia mesmo após o check out também foi um ponto super positivo. A localização é ok, mas como estava chuvendo acabava que ficávamos meio ilhados.

O chuveiro do meu quarto saia com a água muito fraca e tinha que escolher entre queimando ou congelando... Fora que o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, acredito que tenha se intensificado porque peguei muitos dias de chuva.

Las vistas, y es muy acogedora la pousada. El trato de las empleadas.

Quizás el tamaño de la habitación, pero porque reservé 1 día antes de hospedarme y era la única disponible en plena temporada.

Perfect location and experience of life on Ilha Grande. Rooms were comfortable and definitely worth the little extra for the balcony with sea view. Starting the day with a relaxed breakfast each morning was perfect, food was good!

No problems with the property but well worth paying the guys at the pier to transport your cases!

El desayuno era abundante y variado. La terraza donde se desayuna tiene una muy linda vista y es cómoda. La posada es muy tranquila.

El acceso a la posada es complicado, y con valijas es tortuoso. Hay que caminar varias cuadras por la playa y luego subir 300 metros por un camino muy empinado y con escaleras. Realmente no es para cualquiera. Si lo hubiese sabido, me habría alojado en otro lado más accesible. Había muy feo olor en mi habitación, una mezcla de cloaca con encierro. Y a mi hijo le caminó una cucaracha por la cama. El jacuzzi que se muestra en las fotos estaba fuera de servicio.

La cama era muy cômoda y estaba todo muy limpio

La ducha dália con poca presion el agua caliente al punto q si habitas la fria salía fria. La luz del techo se prendia sola como q hubiera un corto, incluso en la madrugada, la internet no llega a habiatacion se caia constante y no se podia usar solo en los lugares comunes Incluso cambiando la red Nuestra habitación Daba a un patio interno q se compartía con parte de la cocina del lugar así q a las 7 am ya se escuchaba todo lo q hacían, no reserven la 7 Ademas el desayuno te lo sirven y te ponen dos retas de jamón y dos de queso o sea te lo cuentan!! La verdad q son 100 dólares la noche deberían ser menos miserables

We chose this pousada expecting a high standard of comfort and service given the price of 1400 R$ per night, but were deeply disappointed. The management try to contact me by wattsup few days before arriving proposing to cancel the booking.com reservation (that in principle was not possible to cancel), but without making an explicit proposal (this communication was on wattsup, not on booking.com, I did not respond). Finding the property was difficult, the walk exhausting, and the reception experience unwelcoming. Communication was nearly impossible, there was no proper check-in hospitality, and our room was not ready until well after the stated time, without apology or explanation. The accommodation itself was dark, poorly maintained, and far from the advertised standard. Many things were broken or unsafe, the bed was small, the layout awkward and hazardous, and cleanliness clearly lacking. The terrace offered little privacy or security, and the Wi-Fi did not reach the room. Noise from nearby staff quarters, lack of privacy, and basic safety issues further reduced any sense of comfort. Breakfast service was disorganized, inflexible, and wasteful, with staff largely unhelpful—except for one attentive employee who stood out positively. Overall, the pousada suffers from poor management, lack of training, and no attention to detail. This was not a luxury experience in any sense, and we would not return. I complained to the management, they said I am right, it is no their 'standard', but no refund has been offered.
