"Good stay, but cleanliness and mattress need improvement."

I had a pleasant stay at this property—great location and overall a comfortable experience. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as some areas needed more attention. Additionally, the mattress was quite old and uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality. With an update in this area, the stay would be much better. Otherwise, the property has good potential!
