Bali Firefly BnB

What a wonderful secluded quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed getting away from busy Ubud to our wonderful stay at Firefly BnB. The breakfasts were incredible and served to us with much joy. Everything was kept so clean and each day our room was refreshed, which was a super treat when you've had a hot, busy day out.

We couldn't fault anything here!

The hospitality of Kadek and Putu goes above and beyond. They make this beautiful place very special. Thank you as always for everything and for making my stay a truly relaxing and memorable experience!

Such a special slice of haven. Breakfast was just amazing! The property gardens where immaculate, beautiful, a place you don't want to leave. Great eateries walking distance.

Ruhiges grünes Paradies! Sehr gutes Frühstück, das beste in unserem gesamten Urlaub. Jeden Tag gibt es etwas anderes und Nachschlag gäbe es auch wenn man will. Dazu gibt’s frischen Tee. Der Garten ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Die Familie arbeitet hart für das was sie hier aufgebaut haben. Der Pool ist auch eine willkommene Abkühlung und zum entspannen. Es gibt auch extra Pool Handtücher. Mag ich sehr gerne. Direkt vor der Tür startet ein wunderschöner Spaziergang durch die Reisfelder, ganz ohne Touristenmassen.

Eigentlich nichts. Nur als Verbesserungstip: Die Pumpe am Teich könnte man in den Boden eingraben, dann wäre es beim Frühstück auch noch etwas friedlicher 😊

This is a very beautiful place to stay in Penestanan, Ubud. I highly reccomend it if you love tranquility, fragrance and nature. Kadek, Putu and their children are wonderful helpful friendly hosts. Each morning they provide a delicious vegan breakfast. The first morning was banana pancakes made with banana flour, fruit salad and a giant pot of coffee. The second morning was 4 kinds of bruschetta. There is a gorgeous organic garden and a lovely swimming pool, too!!! My favourite part was seeing all the fireflies flashing in the jungle at night time!!! I recommend having a torch for night time as the pathways in the village are narrow with drainage on the sides. Cars cannot come here so Kadek kindly took my suitcase to my room on the back of his motorbike.

The garden and lash vibes around the bungalow was exceptional. Beautiful way to wake up and feel it. To have breakfast in a cute place surrounded by Bali nature and sounds. Love love love. Very caring family and breakfasts were delicious and very nice. Kadek and Putu were very kind and accommodating. Thank you so much.

I experienced luck of AC in the room when the weather was to hot… and to much nature sounds in the beginning… But when it’s nice and refreshing after rain, it’s helping.
