The location is fantastic with good access to the best part of Bristol

Even though I made the booking on this website there was an additional booking step that I was not informed about. This involved the hotel asking me to mail my card details, as I didn't want to do this I could give them over the phone. I do not feel comfortable handing out my full card details in this way and it should have been clearly stated when booking.

"Pay extra and stay somewhere else. This place feels dirty"

Location, cheap

Returned back at midnight and the property had zero toilet paper in the building and no shops nearby to buy some. Shared bathroom with insufficient cleaning roster and no toilet paper is extremely poor and rather disgusting. Called the property to discuss but nobody returned my call
