Not being able to book at an office on site No staff at the place Only by chance we found out how to get the key to our room

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was an electric blanket, extra blanket, the bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower, there was a microwave oven, iron and hairdryer

There are no privacy curtains/blinds so there’s no way of having both daylight and privacy - there are only block-out blinds on the big glass sliding doors. The bathroom mirror is set too high, not suitable for a short person or a child. There’s no full length mirror for dressing

Didn’t have breakfast option

No face washer in my the bathroom Would have been great to have a toaster

Clean and comfortable, easy access and parking

The shower was unreliable, hot, cold, hot, cold. Too far out of the town centre. The check in process was a pain. Couldn’t get a park near the place.
