"Great stay and beautiful property"

Beautiful property, and grounds, well maintained and clean. Easy to find and park onsite. The rooms were very nice and well decorated. Plenty of space for two people. Towels, shampoo and soap and lotion provided. Staff was friendly.

Restaurant service was very slow.

Ok, if you’re doing Las Pozas and the Tamasopo but have a car this is the only hotel that is in the middle of both and amazing! Loved everything about the room, food and staff!

Todo 10!! La habitación, el servicio, las instalaciones, la atención, y la comida superaron nuestras expectativas! No vayan a otro lugar que no sea el gran Tamoanchan! A 40 minutos tienes el jardín de Edward James y xilita asi como el sótano de las golondrinas! Y a una hora la cascada de Tamul que fue lo que nosotros visitamos!

New and comfortable. Nice pool! Friendly staff.

The food in the restaurant is poor. The location is not so good as well - it is in the middle of nowhere, quite a far drive from the attractions. And it is definitely not a five-star hotel.

"De lo mejor"

Las instalaciones en excelente estado, de verdad sientes que estás en medio de la huasteca con toda la vegetación, los detalles de las instalaciones están increíbles, la comida bastante rica, lo único es que derrepente se va la luz pero regresa después de unos minutos, y como comentario cuando hay gente en el restaurante deberían prender la tele o poner música para amenizar , de ahí en fuera todo muy bien, definitivamente regresaré
