Friendly staff

This is an outstanding hotel! Rooms are large and exquisitely appointed. First high pressured hot shower we had in Cambodia! Bathroom is huge. Bed, linen, pillows all 5 star. Garden surrounds provide a tranquility and coolness needed after a hot day. Breakfast huge even though it’s not a buffet. It’s out of the centre but for us this was a positive. So much quieter and pleasant to walk around but just as many restaurants, cafes and markets.

The staff could have been a little more attentive at reception and on arrival. It felt like we took them by surprise and we had to ask where our room was and take our own bags there. Restaurant looked lovely but very expensive in context. Probably $50-60USD pp. Instead we had a lovely meal at a cut Japanese place around the corner for $10pp with drinks! Just a few small things would lift it from 4star to 5star

Service food , everything is excellent

Peaceful sanctuary in the midst of the bustling city. Lots of plants, wood, and warm decor. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and beautifully presented. I have food allergies, and they were able to make my food for me. Highly recommend!

Love this place . I text them to decorate my room for my birthday and even at the last minute that they did a great job. The staff were really nice, I have nothing bad to say. I've stayed at Hiltons for many years, but this place is more amazing than any other five star hotel I've stayed at. ♥️

Everything perfect. For vegetarians less options in breakfast.

Great stay! I was there for 11 days. Room is super clean, quiet, spacious, beautifully lit with plants on the balcony that give it a sense of privacy. Breakfast is not a buffet, and I appreciate that. Also, no plastic bottles, thank you, but rather 2 glass ones that get refilled with water every day in your room. Location is great. You can get anywhere with 🛺. I recommend ordering it from GRAB so there is no discussion about the price. A/C works great. Staff is excellent at helping you. The ARUN restaurant attached to the hotel has a wide menu with Asian and Western choices. Fabulous gym. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Perfect for couple of nights. Reception desk was helpful and welcoming. Enormous bathroom. Breakfast was nice.

There's no view from window.

It has great facitilities, very clean and staffs are so friendly. Also food was great. If I decide to back Cambodia again, I'll stay at Indra hotel again. I felt like I', staying in my home. Spectacular!

Nothing :) I liked everything. Even if there were nobody on the rooftop bar, they served me until late evening. Staffs are great.
