Comfortable space, bed. Parking right in front of door. Updated rooms, flooring etc.

Few stains on linens, floor was swept, wasn’t mopped.

Hair in the shower, dirty towels.

The room was very clean

They were rude and they will throw u out with no explanation on why they are doing so I will never book a room there with them ever again

Bathroom and room were dirty

Staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue was that the towels, room, and floors were super dirty. The towels were stained and the floor felt like they haven't been moped or swept. My feet/socks were very dirty after just being in the room for a few mins unfortunately.

The fact that when I was assigned a room that was stated "Non-smoking" it smelled of smoking. The lady verified that it did have the smell of smoke, was sure that someone had smoked in the room regardless of sign and moved me to another "Non-smoking" room without any problems. Also it was within walking distance to get food, etc. (McDonald, Smart & Final, Harbor Freight, Panda Express, Star Bucks).

The room door could have had a secondary security lock and less space from under the door. It kept the room very cold and I had to continue to use the heater to stay warm and then I decided to put a towel down by the door to keep the cold air out.
