"Double Charge beware"

Hotel room was nice, along with a nice view. What was not nice was having to have my room key reprogrammed every day of my stay. I was not the only one experiencing this as there was a constant line of people at the front desk with the same issue. They would also not recognize my payment through Hotels.com and refused to let me leave without paying again. Refused to provide me a printed receipt or emailed receipt. I would rate this 0 stars if possible.
