it’s a Botique hotel , located overlooking the valley, u can see the hot air balloons in the morning , open place for bonfire , well maintained

Breakfast menu was mainly Turkish food of bread , cheese , honey and salads, continental food was not available and no menu was given , communication with staff is an issue

Excellent hotel, very clean and well cared for. Unfortunately, the rooms were not soundproof enough. We were awakened frequently by people walking or talking on the hallway.

Hotel's view, rooms and facilities are nice. reception, kitchen staff, housekeeping are very very good people. Bevare of Mr.Berşan: bad behavior, insults and shouting at the customer. this is the first time i have experienced something rude like this, i thought of calling the police

we did not stay through booking. Berşan insulted us for this reservation. don't go as long as that person works there

1. Staff - The service from all the staff and the hours they put in making everyone’s stay enjoyable was amazing. Ferdi and Yunus are great and I’d recommend talking to them first before booking anything in town. Most of the hotels have specific providers which will work in your favor over booking on one of the activity websites. 2. Breakfast - every morning I made sure to not sleep in because breakfasts here were as good as the best breakfasts I’ve had anywhere else in Turkey. Loads of options, cheeses, honey, dips, olives, seasonal fruit, bread and pastries. A very satisfying thing to wake up to every morning. 2. The Hotel - it’s brand new and only opened a few months ago. There’s great value here and the rooms are huge. After talking to the staff there are plans to expand and provide cave rooms and access to a hiking trail in the valley below. When all these are done I’m sure this will be one of the premier hotels in Cappadocia. 3. View - the views from any room and the courtyard are brilliant! slightly covered on the right by an old distillery but great view of the Goreme valley balloon launch area. 4. Rooms - very spacious with table and armchair and plenty of room to walk around. Bed is very comfortable too. 5. Shower - this is important to me because I hate bad or low maintained showers. Great shower, great pressure and temp.

Nothing. Everything was pretty awesome. Be aware that the property is a little outside of the main Goreme area but that’s exactly what I was looking for. There’s also a bus stop that heads in maybe 100m from the hotel.

Evreything was ok, the view is amaizng, the hotel was new and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly

Otel çok güzel bir manzaraya ve konuma sahip. Odalar çok güzel ve temiz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Özellikle Ferdi beye teşekkür ederim.

The place was just amazing, They have a huge park with a premium spot to view the valley and balloon, just WOOOW
