Staff were very accommodating to my early arrival and left a key in the lockbox to dump my luggage and go out. Staff were friendly.

Good price for a single room with a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped.

Very nice building. Room is very spacious. Host is very kind. Location is walking distance (15min) from the centre.

If I have to name something: the shower for the ladies dorm room is a bit tiny and not so practical to dress. But it's fine!

Great value, own room and bathroom , small kitchen , and eating area, the room was cold but came with a small heater.

The shower was weak on the pressure side and took a while to drain , but a small issue really.

Angel was a real angel. He let us check in early since our room was free. the dorm was spacious and the beds were big.

The shower wasn't very warm. There isn't much of an atmosphere for solo travelers.

Cheaper than a hostel and a very comfortable private room. There's a kitchen and a nice lounge area to relax. There's a heater in the room for the colder nights. WiFi works great.

The rooms aren't soundproof at all, though this seems quite common through San Cris. There is a nice terrace area above I was able to take calls on.

Great location, especially if you arrive in San Cristobal after a long bus journey. It's walking distance from the bus terminal. Super clean, well designed and cozy. I stayed in a single room; the room was small but it was enough for me, not to mention that it was quiet. The bed was comfortable so I had a good night sleep and woke up rested. I even extended my stay for one more night. Angel, the caretaker of the facility speaks English well, which is a big plus for a non-Spanish speaker like me, and he is helpful. He's not always around but he answers your question quickly through WhatsApp.

The shower water pressure is low and it's hard to get the right temperature.
