Vista espetacular! Piscina aquecida! Jacuzzi! Apto confortável! Praia maravilhosa, condomínio pé na areia! 5° vez em João Pessoa, com a família, e esta hospedagem teve o melhor custo benefício, se comparado com Cabo Branco, Tambaú e Altiplano, locais que já se hospedamos.

Piscina pequena.

Foi boa, a parte da marcenaria precisa de alguns reparos, a cama grande no chão me provocou dores devido a fibromialgia. Tenho que destacar o serviço da portaria, são excelentes.

Fiz a reserva para 6 pessoas, foi comunicado previamente através do WhatsApp que seríamos 5 hóspedes, só havia toalhas de banho e roupa de cama para 4. Solicitei ao anfitrião a reposição, não fui atendida.

Localização e limpeza.

A jacuzzi da cobertura, que foi o principal motivo de termos reservado a cobertura, não tem aquecimento nem hidromassagem, o que foi muito frustrante. A sala não possui ar condicionado.

Amazing property, clean, nice view, friendly staff, new building, security.

As it is a new building, the outdoor front still a bit too messy. Which can be understandable
