Yoo Panama & Arts Tower

Very good unit with a nice view. Some language difficulty checking in and out. "Unique" art work.

This was a very convenient place to stay and had a lovely view of the water. After my first night. I asked the staff to fix the blackout curtains in the bedroom as I did not notice upon checkin that the hooks at the top were not fully connected. Due to the language barrier (perhaps), that did not happen. I also had hot water that only worked in the shower half of the time. During my stay, there was an evacuation, and I was not notified. They just cut off the power to the apartment. Getting around inside the building can be difficult, as some of the elevators and doors require badges. You will need to bring your own bar soap, shampoo and conditioner as only a travel size is provided. Having a washer and dryer in the unit were very convenient. As with any location on this street, there is going to be road noise. Lots of horns, motorcycles and emergency sirens. Ubers were always within 2 minutes of the building. A ride to the airport was $21 and change.

Was in Panama for a few days for business, along with one day down time. I was so pleased at the property as you get a new apartment condo for better value than the large hotel chains, with an amazing view in my case. William the rental manager handled all my queries in a very professional manner and was extremely helpful. I liked that Balboa Boutique strip mall was a short walk away with great eating options.

This is an excellent family friendly location. English communication with property manager was very good and informative. The unit was very spacious clean and the view to the ocean was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this location to a family of 3 or more.

The decor was amazing and exclusively unique!! The view from the balcony was superb. There was absolutely nothing that my rental lacked. I couldn't find one thing to puck about and I'm very picky about the places I choose to stay in while on vacation. Pool, dishes, washer, dryer, iron, towels, comfortable bed, smooth sheets and pillows, spacious with extra dining inside and outside. This place is well maintained. I checked out of the RIU and booked here so that tells you a lot.

Surprising delightful, this is a condo style apartment in twin tower complex with one building that seems to be geared towards renting and the other for residents. The apartment space was large and open, wonderful balcony that was great for taking in views and having a glass of wine during sunsets. The bathroom is clean and modern with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The furniture is comfortable and useful. The mattress slept well and plenty of cozy linens and pillows were available. The location is great with a little food market a few steps away so you can supply yourself with snacks and drinks. Taxis to the casco viejo area were inexpensive and the ride was quick. The gym was well equipped, and cooled off with ac. The pool area felt resort like and supplied towels and had a cash bar available. The only negative is that the area seems to be pricey, but that has nothing to do with the building and is just a consequence of a dollarized environment.

The YOO apartment was the BEST! Deserves an award in Hospitality. Every detail, was an excellence of service, the views outstanding, great decor and cleanliness. The building is spectacular, like a resort with 4 great restaurants, amenities and central to everything. I loved so much, I’ll be back in March.
