El millor de l'hotel és la seva estètica: una combinació molt bonica de l'actual i tradicional. El terra de tatami és un detallàs i l’onsen ens va semblar increïble.

el tracte rebut al check-in va ser pèssim. Quan vam arribar, la recepció era buida i ningú va venir a ajudar-nos, tot i que es notava perfectament que no sabíem què fer (per si podiem portar la maleta a través del terra de tatami). El més indignant va ser que, quan va entrar un grup de clients japonesos, el personal va sortir corrents a atendre'ls personalment. Veure aquesta atenció selectiva en directe ens va deixar gelats. Vivim al Japó i parlem l'idioma, així que no hi havia excusa perquè ens ignoressin així. Durant el check out tambe, el personal de recepció estaven parlant entre ells i no es van acomiadar de nosaltres, com si per ser estrangers no necessitem els mateixos estandars d’atenció al client. Una llàstima que un lloc tan bonic no sàpiga tractar igual tots els seus clients.

全館畳敷きなので、とても寛げる 朝食の揚げ立て天ぷらが美味しかった 温泉のお風呂も快適 お風呂に持って行くバスタオルなどを入れるカゴが便利

位置很好，走出去没多远就可以欣赏Shinji Lake，周围的街区有很多餐厅、酒吧和店铺，但也很安静，适合散步，桥头带有松江c字样的楼顶大钟整点音乐报时，很有氛围感。早餐品种丰富，基本当地的代表美食都有，比如shijimi（一种当地产的迷你蛤蜊）汤，很鲜美。晚上还提供免费拉面，味道不错。11层公共温泉浴池的全身按摩椅，15分钟按摩下来，虽然当时有点痛，但做完后身体很放松，休息区还提供免费冰棒等饮食。传统日式入室方式，所有人的鞋在进入大堂前都脱下保存在寄存柜里，酒店所有区域都不穿鞋行走（酒店也提供袜子和拖鞋供需要的客人），感觉新奇。
