Çok yetersizdi, otelin içini guzel yapmışlar ama personel yetersiz. Bir siparis verildikten cok uzun zaman sonra geliyor ve lezzetler cok iyi değildi. Kahvaltisindq cesut çoktu. Sucuk, sosis gibi urunlerinin tadi kotuydu. Sabah soyledigimiz latte latte gibi degildi, öğlen soyledigimiz daha guzeldi. Otelin konumu guzeldi, heryere yakin. Odamiz temizdi, hijyene tam puan. Onun dışında pek birseyi beğenemedik
they gave me wrong room, they didn't give me what i paid for. I had to show the Hotel.com app to show what I had paid for. Finally they gave me a small room and no fridge.
The location was great. We were greeted by beds being unpacked in the front lobby. There was no staff at the bar or restaurant. It was like they were not open for business. I paid way too much for a basic room they called a suite. It had no amenities and the bar and restaurant was unattended It lacked charm and attentive service I am accustomed to in less expensive properties in Turkey The pool was nice but there was no attendant and no towels. I was really disappointed in my overall stay.
It was good in general but if they are nicer it will be great and more English language
Das Personal in einem Hotel hab ich noch nie unmotivierter erlebt! Das 1. Zimmer das uns zugewiesen wurde, war noch nicht geeinigt. Überall lag Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. rum. Kann ja mal passieren. 2. Zimmer: Fernseher komplett gesplittert, Steckdose aus der Wand, Kühlschrank richtig schmutzig. 3. Zimmer: Fernseher funktioniert nicht, kein Meerblick wie gebucht. Aber wir waren das Umziehen dann leid und haben das Zimmer genommen. Allgemein ziemlich schmutzig und nicht gepflegt. Das Personal komplett ungerührt von Beschwerden. Frühstück total lieblos. Auch hier lässt sich kein Personal blicken, überall Gekleckere und klebt es. Keiner macht mal zwischendurch was weg. Kaffee gab es am 2. Morgen gar nicht. Mehrere Male darum gebeten. Nur Schulterzucken vom Personal. Ist wohl keiner für zuständig. Gläser mit Saft stehen tagelang auf Tischen auf der Terrasse, große Kaffeeflecken in der Lobby bleiben stundenlang unbeachtet. Unsere Bettwäsche war auch nicht sauber. Blutflecken und blauer Filzstift oder ähnliches. Wir fühlten und noch nie in einem Hotel so unwillkommen!

Otel konum ve temizlik açısından çok yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü fakat otelin müdürü olduğunu düşündüğümüz uzun boylu, gözlüklü beyefendi, saat 7 de olan akşam yemeği için salona yemeğe 3 dakika kala girdiğimiz için bizi salondan kovarcasına çıkarıp, daha erken olduğunu söyledi ve kapıyı arkamızdan kapattı, bu tavır hiç hoş değildi. Bu durum canımızı sıksa da, bu olay dışında otelden memnun kaldık.
