De locatie was goed.

In de advertentie werd vermeld dat we moesten betalen bij aankomst bij de accommodatie. Bij thuiskomst bleek dat ook booking het bedrag heeft ingehouden. Na veel mailwisseling is het resultaat we geen geld terugkrijgen.

Sorry, but we CANNOT say anything positive! We booked, paid & received confirmation; then they bumped us to a dingy sister hotel (Senhor Matosinhos) 1/2 km away at 8:30pm. There was no warning message, despite them having all our information. We did not book the dingy hotel & would never want to stay there. Mould on the wall & in bathroom; weird bathroom situation. Their booking behaviour = bait & switch. Boo!! They also owe us the difference in fees, as the hotel was cheaper than the hostel. Thank goodness next accommodation was better or we would lose confidence in booking.com.

All we got for an explanation was “sorry, you’ve been transferred” But you charged my visa days ago & you confirmed ☹️

Great atmosphere and nice open sitting place and kitchen.

Hostel muito bem localizado, todo o staff é impecável e fui muito bem recebido. Recomendo bastante.

O único ponto negativo é que reservei porque gosto de optar sempre por casa de banho privativa, porém chegando ao alojamento pude verificar que não havia uma casa de banho privativa, como referia quando fiz a reserva.
