"Comfortable and enjoyable stay, would recommend."

Apartment clean, plenty of towels, toilet rolls and toiletries etc. Spacious apartment with three toilets and two showers. Duplex apartment with one toilet downstairs. Bathroom upstairs with large rainfall shower tray and ensuite with toilet and shower cubicle. Bed comfortable, good night's sleep. Quiet building. Great view of the harbour. Designated parking space.

Only one criticism would be the sofa. The three seater sofa was very low. Comfy when sitting down but a strain on the knees when getting back up.

good location comfortable

dirty windows which affected view so we had to clean them large double bed in second bedroom which did not leave space to get suitcase in nowhere to put/hang anything in either shower and nowhere to hang towel in downstairs cloakroom no toilet roll holders two key safes which was confusing and on arrival no key as gasman had it and was checking utility out

"On the whole great place to stay despite a few niggly things that can be easily sorted."

Location was great very central. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff were prompt to reply and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

View was lovely but sadly windows were very dirty so spoilt view somewhat . Second bedroom was too small for a king sized bed, couldn't get around bed on left side at all , had to clamber over it to draw blind. Blinds not blackout so light streamed in from very early hours of morning.

A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.
