The inability to speak with the accomodation agent when I couldn't make the meeting time, needing me to call booking.com who also couldn't reach their phone number. Then rather than being apologetic was defensive. The lack of blockout curtains in the bedroom with street lighting making it hard to sleep. General maintenance like blown light globes Towels that were worn out

the apartment was spacious and very modern great for a girl trip! It had everything we needed and is central located. I would deffinately recommend this place!

Nice and spacious apartament, comfortabile and elegant, in the heart of Valetta. Verry close to main bus station, food market of Valetta, ferry to Sliema and to a lot of restaurants and pubs.

IT was a Little hard to warm ourselvs in the ap, the AC was not working on heat and neither the main heater. To much noise early in the morning, from the restaurants and the windows did not seald the noise

The apartment was in a good location, near many attractions and many restaurants. It was very clean and we had everything we needed.

We couldn't contact the host by phone, only by texting in Booking (with response in a few hours). And because the indications to get to the location were a bit confusing, we didn't get there in the first place. In a bad weather, with our bags and my 2 years old son crying, I truly needed phone assistance, not texting and having to (re)read messages trying to understand where to go. After that, the host that greeted us didn't speak good English, only Spanish, and she couldn't help us with many informations, but in the apartment there was a printed folder with useful info that we used. In the same folder were printed some rules, not so guest-friendly: - the amounts that will be retained from the security deposit in case we broke something, and from my point of view these amounts were a bit overestimated (also for not taking the trash out there was a fee) - if we found some broken items (and there were some broken pieces of furniture) we had to signal them to the host in 6/12 hours in order to avoid being charged for them. I am not saying that these rules are wrong, but the way the host phrased the whole apartment policy, made me feel like a felon and took away the joy of beginning my vacation. We had to pay the security deposit immediately after making the booking (otherwise it would have been cancelled), and we've been reimbursed 4 days after the check-out. Also, the apartment is very dark, the only windows are to a very narrow alley, and there's no sun, and the artificial light is weak. The windows in the living are old, made from wood, and don't close very well, so there's noise from the restaurants, or the rain, or the pigeons. There are no insect nets on the windows. The kitchen appliances were "hidden" inside drawers (toaster, microwave, coffee maker). We only found the coffee maker the day we left. The beds are not so comfy, especially the sofa.

We had a wonderful stay and our first visit to Malta was just amazing. We liked the spacious and nicely furnished apartment, which had all amenities! The location was perfect- in the heart of Valletta's centre, 9 minutes walk from the bus terminals, where also the buses from the airport stop. The check-in was unproblematic as well as the communication with the hosts! I would certainly choose Central suite again! Thank you so much!

Nice design and comfty furniture. Enough space to eat, relax, chill, be creative. Very good location in the heart of Valletta. Nice neighbours.
