It was well located. Attractive and clean.

Perfection Bed was everything, the most comfortable bed and pillow People were amazing and very very helpful

The location was very central and easy walking to the front beach and to the main attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was a small but varied spread and perfectly adequate.

The feeling was very welcoming right from the start! And along the way every single staff has the same culture. Throughout the stay the manager Mr Tomas and his team constantly follow up whenever they see us if we have any needs. We have an early flight and they deliberately have their restaurant open earlier to cater to us. Not to mentioned the pre call confirmation on the bus we booked and the morning call to remain us breakfast is ready. The room was nothing short of it was a clean and comfortable stay. I have an executive room with a decent amount of space. Highly recommended!

Refrigerator didn’t work and was not repaired over the 3 nights we stayed. Was told it was meant to keep things cool, not cold. Contents were room temperature the whole stay. Not great in 32C weather.

the hotel is recently refurnished, in a good position for a nice walk along the coast of Vung Tau. breakfast was ok, room was quiet with aircon and a flat screen tv

the staff didn't seem experienced. they mixed up our rooms/bookings, and when we asked for invoices and receipts that seemed difficult to produce.
