L’accueil de la réception, le petit déjeuner et le confort de la chambre

Pas grand-chose mais il faut tout de même marcher quelques minutes pour se rendre de la chambre à l’hôtel où sont situés la réception et le petit déjeuner. Rues assez étroites pour circuler et se garer mais un parking payant est disponible au sous-sol de l’hôtel.

Easy 15 walk from Brindisi railway station and five minutes away from airport bus pickup, Palazzo Bellocchi offers a warm welcome and excellent location to explore the ancient port of Brindisi. We were able to drop our luggage at Hotel Orientale where we also checked in later as Palazzo Bellocchi is just around the corner. Palazzo Bellocchi is quite secure with multiple locks to enter the room. There is a safe, a large modern bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated spacious room with a marvellous vaulted ceiling complete with fresco. We stayed in the Art Room which was also decorated with tasteful modern art. Considering we were in the heart of bustling Brindisi we heard nothing to disturb our sleep. Breakfast is served at the nearby Hotel Orientale and the team were extremely attentive. With a superb selection it’s a great way to start the day exploring all that Brindisi has to offer. Thank you to everyone for making us feel welcome and taking care of us during our stay 🇮🇹🙏🏽❤️

Propreté Proximité du port et attractions Le déjeuner compris mais à l’hôtel Orientale ( non pas au palazzo Bellocchi)

On ne savait pas que c’était un hôtel sans contact, cela nous a déçu. À notre arrivée on s’est butés à une porte close. On a envoyé un message à Booking pour les aviser de notre arrivée. Heureusement le concierge de l’hôtel Orientale nous a répondu rapidement. Mais on ignorait que le palazzo Bellocchi et l’hôtel Orientale étaient associés. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles on aurait aimé avoir des bouteilles d’eau ds la chambre à tous les jours. Il y avait seulement du shampoing pour les cheveux ( pas de conditionneur)ni gel pour la douche. Le fonctionnement du coffre fort était inadéquat Bref on retournera pas au Palazzo Bellocchi

Einzig die zentrale Lage

Das Einchecken war mühsam. Es gab keine Hinweise, dass in einem Schwesterhotel eingecheckt werden musste. Zudem war das Zimmer Nr. 4 oberhalb einer Bar. Nachts konnten wir schlecht schlafen wegen der lauten Musik und dem Karaoke Gegröle.
