Good place for the price

The reason for this rating is because we did not arrive until 11:30 PM & the property parking lot and entrance was very dark which made my wife feel unsafe. There also was a crack in the door of our room in which we could see into the hallway. The property looked much better in the morning sunshine; however it was a difficult evening for us.

We loved this place!! It’s so nice. Everything’s clean, and it’s in an excellent location! You can even order an in room massage! Everything is updated and very modern. The balconies from the second floor are fun for bird and people watching! Coffee and toiletries were very well stocked.

Location to beach is amazing

Property is easy walk to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which is a very nice beach. The staff was very accomodating and friendly as we arrived early and they stored our luggage and provided beach chairs.

the cleanliness was impeccable! This very quaint, nicely decorated unit with additional"creature comforts" made it difficult to leave!

Just make sure you get your room access # prior to arrival because they have no employees on site. Room was close to beach and very clean. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Directly at the beach but still very quiet. Very clean. Private parking in front of the house.

No WLAN (should be standard for this price category). No personal service contact. All by phone or mail, mail communication not working well.
