"Perfect place "

The Tel was in an excellent location, one block from the boardwalk/ocean. We walked to all restaurants/bars. The room was newly renovated, modern, large, perfectly clean, very comfortable. Bathroom was large, great shower & sink area. Nice area for micro, coffee maker, refrig. Balcony (2nd floor) was a nice place for morning coffee/tea (provided). Owner was available by phone if we had a question. We were VERY pleased to have chosen to stay here. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The only thing is that the picture on Expedia is not the same room that we got! The area is nice - beach and broad walk are right there - a couple of beach chairs in the room would have been nice - no one at the property- any communication was by phone

We really like the Tel, although the picture of the room that we were supposed to be staying in through Expedia was not the same. There is no one on site so you have to make a phone call which they did reply promptly. I did call somebody to let them know about our room and they said they would talk to management and get back to us, but I never heard of anything other than that property was very nice. It is very close to the beach (which they do not buy chairs for, and they should ) and you are on the boardwalk!! I would say there again because the price was reasonable!

This is our second time staying at this property in different rooms. Love this property. The management is very accommodating. The place is quiet and within steps to the beach and broadwalk.
