"Exceptional"

Easy to find, fun buildings, clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Awesome playground and sports areas for kids. Would be great for family reunions. Close to the Arkansas diamond field and an hour from Hot Springs. The owners are so nice. Recommend for anyone who likes to have fun.

Very very basic - no convenience items like shampoo sample bottles or bath soap. Only Dial soft soap. Having to take trash out was not acceptable for me - never had to do that in years and years of travel!

Kitschy but in a super well done and fun way. Our young kids loved it! Very clean and the grounds were well maintained.

Everything was great. One minor issue is majority of the pedal carts dont work. So family could not race.

We stayed here for the cool kids amenities. My kids loved it here. The town is small so options are slim. We made the best of it. I recommend if you are traveling with your family.
