Limpeza do quarto, não oferecer toalha de rosto, camas mal arrumada , restaurante funciona por tempo muito limitado, reposição do que é servido no café da manhã não contempla o tempo do café da manhã, sugerindo final de feira, antes do horário terminar.

Cafe da manhã bem servido e gostoso

Ao reservar solicitamos um berço e tinha sido confirmado. Chegando lá informaram que só tinha um berço para o hotel todo e que ja estava no nome de outro hóspede. Nos deram um colchão infantil pra ficar no chão, complicado deixar um bebe num colchão num fds de frio
