Breakfast was excellent.That was the only plus point

1. Even after prior notifying that we will do early checkin and got the response as approved, on arrival @6.30am , we were asked to wait till 12.00 noon for checkin , else they gave option to upgrade our rooms for early checkin which costed extra Rs4000 2. We asked the travel desk for assistance to book our return bus tickets, but there was no response from the staff even after we contacted them multiple times. Later we had to book the return tickets on our own 3. Bed was not of good quality as the spring was loosened and could not get comfortable sleep

Best part was food. Really exceptional food. Staff very polite and helpful. Because of year end we were overcharged.

pricing. Room was not worth 10k.

The property is located in a nice and easily accessible location.

the staff wasn’t helpful at all. they’ll charge you for every single thing and won’t help at all

Had a kettle, wi fi and aircon

Looked good from outside very ordinary on inside. Caged balcony like being in a jail! Very expensive and long way from anything.
