Location

I got room 601 & 602. Toilets smell too bad. Urine smells even though our toilets are clean. Been searching for the urine smell source but can't find it. I vomited twice!!

"Rules make it feel like prison"

This is just very average. The room is clean mostly but the bathroom needs more attention. It is in a good location for the mall. Before getting to your room you have to deal with a rude receptionist who didn’t show any desire to help us. The worst part about this hotel is there are stickers with rules posted everywhere! You cannot do anything or you will loose your deposit! Even when you try to check out you cannot leave until someone assesses your room and decides it’s good enough! We are guests at this hotel paying you money!! We are not your prisoner.
