"Schönes Bungalow im Paradies, Wasser bei high tide viel weiter weg als es auf den Fotos scheint, Gastfreundschaft könnt"

Sehr schönes Restaurant, gute Infrastruktur zum Waschen der Kitesachen, Outdoor Dusche vor jedem Bungalow. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Restaurant.

Schwierig mit eigenem Auto den Weg hierher zu finden ohne im Sand stecken zu bleiben oder in den Dünen falsch zu fahren. Tipp: Fragt nach einer genauen Wegbeschreibung (PDF verfügbar) oder Guide mit Motorrad voraus schicken. Kitespot: Wasser ist sogar bei High Tide (ausser bei Vollmond) mehrere hundert Meter weg von der Unterkunft, man läuft min. 5-10 Minuten, bei low tide länger. Gastfreundschaft ist leider nicht vorhanden. Zudem, überall kommen zusätzliche Kosten hinzu (Kite Locker, Start- / Lande-Service, Nutzung des kleinen Kite-Zeltes beim Wasser). Rechnung am Schluss stimmte nicht ganz. Wenige Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, viele scheinen jedoch eher unmotiviert und genervt zu sein, was wir bei dem Arbeitsklima auch verstehen können.

"Just perfect"

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 2 weeks and would have loved to stay longer. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the daily bungalow cleaning while we were at breakfast was just perfect. The bungalows are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The atmosphere was extraordinary, with an exceptional eye for detail.

We had a wonderful stay at Kitejuba, everything was perfect. The spot is beautiful with both waves and open ocean and flat water depending on the tide. Lots of space, still wild, untouched, incredibly vast beaches. Access with a normal (2WD) was tricky but still possible, a bit of an adventure. Service and food were fantastic (Alex at the bar/restaurant was so attentive and kind, as all the personnel), the beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious and nicely decorated. The kite school and instructors, awsome. We will definitively come back next year (next time we will have a 4WD) and stay longer. The spot has a lot to offer, possibilities for several exciting downwinders of varying distance and skill level. We strongly recommend the 5K downwind to Moreias at sunset for dinner, incredible service and experience altogether! (https://maps.app.goo.gl/UKiQpfR6uGm28go46)
