Gulfview I #205

The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room. The down side was pest control in the whole building in the middle of our trip but it was communicated after our arrival. Overall: it was just so-so but could have been better if the bed was comfortable and we hadn't felt the need to remove our belongings for pest control.

The property met our basic needs. A place to sleep, shower, and eat. The price was very acceptable compared to other options. The company that handles the property was very helpful and the staff are pleasant individuals to deal with.

A little bit dated and not clean upon arrival. However, the management company sent somebody over to clean it after I informed them of my displeasure. It's also by the water park which was a little annoying on the weekend, but overall for the price it was okay.

I loved how convenient the stay was with the condo having everything you needed . I also loved the location and how it wasn’t too far away from the beach.

There isn’t anything I could say that one could improve on. Everything was exceptional.

Good location and perfect place for 2 people.

The sink was leaking and spilled water on the floor at times when doing the dishes but only when we had a lot of dishes so not every time you used the sink. Also the tv you could only rent movies and if there was a cable option/free tv would have been nice to have directions for that.
