This property is not newly refurbished at all so the description is misleading, it was probably refurbished at least 2/3 years ago.

Bins outside were full from previous occupiers, rooms were absolutely tiny as was the bathroom and shower cubicle

The host was extremely responsive, very quick to reply to all messages and flexible and helpful when it came to checking in. The property was comfortable and clean, had all the amenities we needed, plenty of space for parking and was close to a supermarket and Belfast centre. Would definitely stay again!

The place was located conveniently for the town center. Quiet neighborhood with on-street parking.

Outside food wastebin has not been for a long time and was overfull. Oven was not clean.
