It is nice place to stay. Cons - only 2 bath for 5 bed;

The lower part of the ground level bathroom window needs to be covered properly as there is privacy issue. We felt like someone was trying to look inside through the window. We then covered it with the towels temporarily. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Location is good. Communication is also good. Overall property is good for big group, but if you donot wish to cook. As there are limitations.

Many many small points which should be improved. 1. Pls. read carefully, you will get what is written, don't think that such kind of properties normally have, it doesnot apply here. 2. No Dishwasher, No Washing Machine, No Tea/Coffee/Oil/Salt etc. No body wash only shampoo. Pleasant surprise Mixer is available. 3. Capacity of 10 persons but cutlery is only for 4-5. 4. Furniture is very basic in rooms and bathrooms, nothing extra, like no place to hang anything in few rooms. 5. Microwave table is so weak that it gives a feeling that MW may fall down.

Plenty of bedrooms. Plenty of furniture in the living room.

Neighbors across the street were loud and played music every night. Curtains were thin and houses were close. I put towels over the curtain rod.

The neighborhood a little creepy.. no parking space..had to park on the street.. everything else was fine.

The location was good and the house was clean. It had been recently updated which was nice.

The shower situation was bad. There was very little water pressure and it was cold. The water never got very warm, not even warm to the touch. It was the coldest shower we have ever had.

We only stayed one night of a three night stay because it was not safe to stay the remainder . When we first pulled down the street we noticed some of the homes were boarded up and abandoned. Pulling up to the house we noticed a man sitting in the yard. When I got out to unlock the door he walked towards me so I said hello. He said nothing but went behind the house. Thru out the night we heard yelling outside. My mother was awaken by someone yelling outside her bedroom window saying they were going to kill someone. We felt very unsafe and left the following morning and stayed elsewhere for the remainder of our trip. The home was nice on the inside but was in a not so nice neighborhood.
