I faced difficulties in communication with the reception staff and others, as they are not well-versed in the local regional languages. I would strongly suggest that they be encouraged to learn the local language to improve communication and service effectiveness. I asked several times for a local taxi or hotel vehicle, but they kept saying it’s not available

Relatively clean bathroom and room. The Indian Tamil lady who opens the door at the entrance was very friendly. So were the staff at the gate.

Communication was very poor. Had to call reception multiple times to get a response, they often promised to call back with answers and never did. Cleaners come into the room and leave shoe prints on the floor. We complained about the shower door and water leaking into the bathroom on the first day, and it was only fixed on the third night of our stay after we complained a second time to restaurant staff.
