The Hacienda

This is the first negative review that I have ever written. From the start of the stay until our morning meal, it was disappointing and frustrating. The place itself is beautiful, room was adorable- perfectly clean, detailed in aesthetic beauty down to the trim on the ceiling. The problem began upon arrival. The was no place to park. Not one open spot. There was a festival in town and it seems as though without a parking pass, people attending the festival and not staying at the hotel took the spots. I attempted to call the hotel, to ask where I could park. I tried for over 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. We gave up, left the area to eat dinner, continued to attempt to reach the hotel with no answer. Upon returning, we parking behind another vehicle.

Nice staycation

Checked in late...lovely front desk receptionist...lovely from desk receptionist also while leaving..fabulous clean room. The hotel itself is so beautiful that words won't be enough to describe it. Super clean, comfy and just a great stay.

So lovely!! I truly enjoyed the the hotel and town

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very nice! There is a beautiful park next to the property where you can walk and enjoy the Florida sunshine and watch the ducks swimming in the pond! You can walk down Main Street to find great restaurants, fun bars, a great antique shop and just a couple blocks away and up a flight of stairs is the best boutique ever! We will definitely stay here again!

Check in was amazing restaurant was amazing and the room was so clean it cleaned the inside of my nose.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It had good service and was kept in good condition. My room was at the front of the hotel. I was on the third floor and close to the street. People seemed to like racing dirt bikes and cruise around in golf carts with radios blaring. That's not the hotel's fault, but it still detracts from the peace and quiet of the place.

Excellent

Room was immaculate and well appointed. Location was very nice as on the weekends they block off a few streets in the area and people are able to walk around freely. We used this location as our homebase and enjoyed Honeymoon Island State Park and Tarpon Springs during the daytime.
