not at all well maintained. Messy hotel. soiled bedsheet, damaged sofa / seating. No toiletries.

Mosquitoes in room and did not provide mosquito repellent. Room size was also small. I requested to provide alternate room but not allotted may be rooms were full.

The location

The cleanliness of the bedspread and pillow covers it’s was bad when I asked them to put new one they said it’s washed and all and it has lots of hairs of the previous person who stayed in that room and bathroom door should be prepared

The property was at a good location

The rooms were extremely dirty, there were cockroaches and the staff was very rude. At one point it almost felt like harassment the way they kept bugging me for money just because I wanted to check out in advance. They weren’t even patient enough to let me change the booking dates with the platform and kept demanding money. The room service was poor and the telephone was also broken.

It is very near to the main road

Staff behaviour is not good.

Prime Location. Not good for family.

Lots of noise.
