GBThe location was perfect and the chippy beside it was lovely.
2 rooms had damp on the walls and ceiling The heating didn’t initially work until I reset the boiler One room had no heating and a leaky radiator Black mould in the shower so none of us used it 3 forks between 4 of us The cooker wasn’t working at all The twin rooms mattresses you could feel the springs
GBIt was in the right place
It very dated and needs a good clean only one knife. We found dishes in the dishwasher so did not know if clean didn't want to remove them .the shower was dirty did not use that
GBLoved the location as it was 5 mins away from family who we were visiting in Olton
Most of the bungalow was very basic. When entering the driveway the garden was unkept and the the outside looked unappealing. Inside smelt damp and was cold. When putting heating on the radiators in 2 of the bedrooms did not work. The heating was not very warm .... My mother and sister complained constantly that the rooms were cold even when the heating was on full. Shower was very poor - Unclean, grubby and the head was broken from the wall so had to hold in one hand and clean with the other. In all the whole experience I would give 3 out of 10. Would not stay here again.
The shower was not fixed to the wall properly, black mould was present all around the bottom of the shower and in between the grouting. I refused to use the shower but when my son did the bathroom flooded and also the area outside the bathroom by the back door. Radiators looked dirty and paint was flaking from them. There were cracks in the plaster on the walls and the wall paper was peeling. In the double bedroom there was a damp patch on the wall above the bed. The pictures on the website showed a lovely property, these were obviously taken years ago. The outdoor areas were overgrown and unable to be used, there was underwear in the back garden and rubbish outside the front door. For a three bedroom bungalow there were only 2 forks in the cutlery drawer and 2 bowls. There were no instructions regarding the white goods and wifi information was very difficult to find. On entering the property it smelt musty. The waste bin had no lid and the washing up sponges were old, there was a part used bar of soap hung in the bathroom for people to use. I had to contact the owner at 3 pm because we had not received the key safe number which he said he would send before 3pm. Our two night stay in Birmingham was ruined because of the bungalow and I would expect a refund from hotels.com. I would strongly advise nobody to book this property until it has had major improvements.

GBLocation great for NEC.
Bathroom functional but very scruffy. Parking not quite as easy as suggested due to access to/from busy main road.

GBClose to where I wanted to visit
Photos not the same as the real thing. Back garden desperate need of cutting. Couldn't get washing out to dry. Grouting in shower cubicle black with mould. Shower head attachment broken. Double mattress worn and one side not comfortable to sleep on
GBClean and comfortable, easy to communicate with owner.
GBGreat location for Nec.
