Cottage was comfortable and warm

No staff available on arrival, had to make a phone call and retrieve key from a safe. IF we had been advised this is what would happen on arrival it would have been OK. Felt VERY unfriendly. At no time during our stay did we see anyone in reception......except the woman running in and then out (hoping we didn't see her) while we were trying to get our key on our arrival!!!
