Very clean and tidy. Aircon was great in hot environment. The place was basically brand new. Great place to stay.

Cabins a good size with everything you needed and in a quiet location

Easy check in process

Fan and air on needed a clean. For a 40 degree day/night the aircon wasn't working properly largely due to the filters being filthy

Quiet spot with friendly campers.

Staff were dismissive on check in. The keys for the cabin were dispensed from a locker outside the office which is a bit weird to start with, but the staff didn’t provide a map or any explanation about where the cabin actually was. We got so lost because the label on the cabin keys didn’t match any labels on the map (which I photographed from the door - I wasn’t given one), and didn’t match and labels on the actual cabins. When I went back she admitted it was a hard cabin to find and at that time she gave me a map and an explanation. After driving about 11 hours from the east to arrive in classic Broken Hill heat, being mucked about on arrival was not appreciated. The cabin itself was fine. Bed was a double which is always uncomfortable for 2 adults but seems to be the norm - not sure a bigger bed could be fit into the room anyway. TV and aircon both worked fine. More provided shade over the caravan park would be great given the heat of Broken Hill.
