1) spacious layout 2) thoughtful design - water dispenser of hot & cold water, small censor lighting, cozy lounge with free glow of drinks, large bath tub 3) helpful & courteous staff - not able to speak English but instead used a translator app 4) conveniently located - many eateries & convenient shops 5) easy parking - beside the hotel & 2 prepaid tickets per night stay

Y hotel is a boutique hotel , small but very comfortable with an amazing modern zen design . The room was big so was the shower room separated from the washroom one . It has a cupboard containing a bar, fridge, kettle, microwave, practically a small kitchenette. We liked the Asian modern design in every aspect: a relaxing room adjacent to the reception lobby with coffee machine and a bar and big comfortable chairs facing a peaceful body of water outside to to enjoy a coffee while listening to a ambiental music well chosen . So was an Ikebana arrangement of dry flowers on our floor lobby skilfully illuminated by a close desk lamp, also a nice touch

Space and suite were lovely, balcony seating and hot tub were amazing.

Aircon would come in and turn off in icy blasts, and we needed it on because the Dona and bedding were so warm, it disrupted our sleep some. Suggest they need to use a lighter spread from April.

Location was great. The room was plenty big enough with space to chill. Very modern.

Breakfast could have a few more options
