La struttura è nuova, gli spazi e gli arredi sono molto piacevoli, il livello di pulizia buono. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo splendido hotel di recente costruzione. La camera (suite queen deluxe) ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Il letto ed i cuscini molto confortevoli. Buona anche la colazione con diverse opzioni sia nel dolce che nel salato. Una volta abbiamo pranzato in hotel : il cibo cosi' come il servizio hanno soddisfatto le aspettative. Il personale al concierge e' stato molto disponibile e ci ha raccomandato dei ristoranti fuori dall'albergo che abbiamo trovato abbastanza buoni.

Se dovessi dare un consiglio per la colazione : il succo d'arancia è meglio quello fresco di quello confezionato. Inoltre mancava il caffè americano filtrato. Il servizio in piscina non e' operativo prima delle 12:30 e questo dovrebbe essere assolutamente migliorato!

"Tolles Design und große Zimmer/Suiten"

Das Hotel ist wundervoll! Ich möchte unbedingt wieder kommen. Tolles Design! Essen auch sehr gut. Insbesondere das Frühstücksbuffet! Ich war absolut zufrieden. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Zimmer super geräumig sind und einem ein exklusives Gefühl geben! Tolle Terrasse! Wir waren echt super happy

Die Information, dass aktuell eine Großbaustelle am Hotelgelände stattfindet, kam ehrlich gesagt etwas spät (wenige Tage vor Anreise).Außerdem kenne ich es is anderen Hotels, dass dafür eine Kompensierung angeboten wird.

The breakfast was good because it was laid out buffet style where you can choose what you would like to eat. They always have fresh, cold lemon water available in the lobby. The restaurant is nice and has a section outdoor where you can sit. I believe the exterior will be attractive when they finish building.

They did not make it clear that you can order specialty items for an extra charge for breakfast, like eggs. The front desk staff should explain that you need to use your access card for the elevator and to use electrical power in the room. The TV should have the option to watch programs and movies in languages other than Spanish, primarily English and French.

"Relaxed Stay New Hotel with amazing customer experience staff Rafele and Alonso"

I really like the interior of the hotel, calm and the feeling of able to relax. Great space and the property was designed with attention to detail. Hotel also has a shuttle to drive people to the beach.
