Knowing there were people next door who helped us with getting into the lock box as we were given the wrong numbers on our booking.

Was very easy to find. Did the job, had a lovely little night have the right idea just a little more and would be spot on!

Could do with some referb/cleaning as lots of spiders, chipped walls. It stunk of damp sadly. Felt very invasive wasn’t very clear this was in somebody’s garden , didn’t mind but was a bit awkward.

Lovely host nice garden but it needs to be clearer that this someone's garden and home.Also needs a bit of touch up and refresh in caravan also came back with a massive infection in my hand after playing with are puppy in the garden and needed a course of antibiotics from doctors.

Being bits from something and being ill as well for two weeks almost.

Collecting the keys was very simple once we had the email, however, this wasn't sent out ahead of our arrival in the 24-48hour we were told, we actually had to chase it up to get this information. The location is ideal if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle but close enough to go into the centre if wanted. There's a garden area which is great for pets and there are swings and toys for the children. Parking is perfect, off the road and super close to the accomoditon.

Photos shown in the advert are clearly of the place new before it had been stayed in and not how the property is now. The place wasn't clean when we checked in and we had to clean this ourself. We arrived to mould in both bedrooms, a maintenance man was sent out to deal with this but couldn't be treated fully as we had pets and a small child with us. 90percent of the blinds in the property were broken and couldn't be opened nor could they be fully shut to keep light out, some were missing all together. The inventory list stated a lot more than was actually in the chalet, so be sure to check ck this if booking to avoid being charged for something that wasn't present on your arrival. Speaking to the host wasn't straight forward and issues weren't properly addressed and then they tried to say things hadn't been flagged up that they definitely had. Property stated there was WiFi, there wasn't. States it's free for pets to stay but once you book they charge you, we were however refunded this after challenging it.

The chalet was so big,was very clean,comfy and homely,the location was great and quiet on a night.

The only thing we had an issue with was the shower,it was just right then all of a sudden either was too hot or too cold.

That the caravan was in someone’s garden next to main road and wasn’t clear on the website booking. No privacy. Clicked for pet friendly and bringing a pet when making the booking but wasn’t fed into price. £55 for cleaning one night and further 20 for dog?
