The manager was very rude, we arrived at night so we had no option. The very next morning we left the place

There were no rooms available for us when we reached the property. The host was not picking the call and we were left stranded. We had to book another property . Also the host with the name Nakul took some advance money but did not return it.

The location of the property was great, safe and secure, walkable and located near lots of restaurants and stores. Although things weren't to my full satisfaction, the staff really tried their best to accommodate.

The apartment wasn't clean. The state of the apartment made me feel like they don't have a staff that knows how to clean at all. I had to spend my first day cleaning myself which was really disappointing. The apartment was freezing and they gave me a heater which stopped working after two days and was never replaced. Sometimes they would run out of toilet paper and I would have to wait hours for them to buy more, seems like they weren't really prepared to have guests. There was one gentlemen on staff that wasn't the brightest or didn't seem to understand what was going on. I booked a room with a kitchen and when I arrived he wouldn't unlock the door to the room so I had to show him my reservation and argue. Then the tv wasn't working and instead of helping he just said it didn't work. I had to continually reach out to the manager who was offsite for two weeks to get him to have the guy help me efficiently. I also had blood stains on the sheets and they had to come in and change them. Definitely an oversight on managing the rooms.
