Le personnel d'accueil à l'arrivée comme au départ : tous sympathiques et prévenants👏👏👏 Le lit était confortable 👍

La chambre attribuée n'était pas celle que j'ai réservée. Nous n'avions aucune vue, juste une fenêtre au dessus d'un lit qui donnait sur une espèce de minuscule cour intérieure, vue sur un mur ! La pression dans la douche était insuffisante.

I was really happy with my experience at hotel le coach. I booked a Deluxe Double Room with balcony and it was quite spacious for one person, big comfy bed, nice ensuite bathroom. It looked exactly like the photos. The room was quite clean and the room was quite well soundproofed so that I could only hear noise from the hallway (though I was in the room at the end of the hall). The staff allowed me to check in early once the room was clean and stored my luggage for me before that. They even let me pop into a room that someone had just checked out of to change and freshen up after my flight. The location is great if you plan to use the metro and is very walkable to old montreal and the plateau. There are also grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants very close by. The staff were very helpful and kind, always asking me how my day was, whether I needed anything for the room, and recommending places to visit in Montreal. Overall a great stay for a whole week, and I recommend the big room with a balcony!

There was some dust/hair on the floor in the corners that hadn't quite been cleaned up fully. The water pressure in the shower could be better. There are only stairs to access the rooms which could be an issue for some people.

My skin reacted to the sheets. Everyday I woke up with red swollen eyes. Also I could hear the neighbors too closely
