The breakfast is good. Food for dinner is also good. Room is spacious enough and the location is good.

There is no TV or kettle in the room.

"I did not get a room what was promised and booked on booking.com"

I was travelling with a family ( 3 members ) and hence booked a Deluxe family room by looking pictures on booking.com website . As per pictures it was suppose to be an spacious room with a balcony with a good view and attached living room. What i was offered though was a small 10X10 suffocating room without a view or window where all three members were squeezed somehow . When i enquired about this they said this is what requested by booking.com

La posizione è suggestiva e il cibo preparato era di buona qualità.

L'organizzazione generale è stata carente. Al nostro arrivo (nonostante fossimo in orario) la camera non era pronta. Una volta entrati, la pulizia era purtroppo insufficiente: cestini non svuotati, residui di chi ci aveva preceduto e bagno non igienizzato correttamente. Nel dubbio abbiamo dormito nel sacco lenzuolo. Anche la comunicazione e il servizio sono stati difficili: Pasti: Nonostante gli orari concordati, abbiamo dovuto sollecitare ogni volta l'ordine, con lunghe attese. Trasporti: Ci è stata proposta una jeep per il paese vicino a 1.500 rupie (prezzo eccessivo rispetto agli standard locali, abbiamo poi trovato autonomamente a 800). Servizi: L'acqua calda era praticamente assente. Essendo una realtà gestita da ragazzi, spero che questi appunti vengano presi come uno stimolo per migliorare il coordinamento e, soprattutto, gli standard di igiene, che sono fondamentali per accogliere gli ospiti
